Send us your travel insurance details before your trip so that we can arrange help quickly if you ever need it in the mountains.
Travel insurance is mandatory for every Nima Adventure trek, climb and expedition. Please use the form below to send us your policy details once your trip is confirmed, and no later than your arrival in Nepal.
Please have the following information ready:
- your full name and the name of your trip;
- the name of your insurance company and your policy number;
- your insurer’s emergency assistance phone number;
- the dates of cover and the maximum altitude your policy covers;
- the name and phone number of an emergency contact at home.
